Overview
Airport Development Group (ADG) has operated in the Northern Territory for over two decades. It is one of Northern Australia's largest companies, as owners and operators of the Darwin, Alice Springs and Tennant Creek Airports, Darwin Novotel Hotel and Mercure Resort. A significant property portfolio includes general aviation, terminal assets and commercial developments across land holdings of more than 4,000 hectares. ADG continues diversifying its operations, including fuel storage and utilities such as solar power.
As a key stakeholder in the Northern Territory's tourist, hospitality and airline industries and a major investor in infrastructure, ADG plays a vital role in supporting the local building industry and the broader Territory economy.
The business is committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2030 and is developing an Indigenous Training Academy to see education and employment opportunities identified across the organisation.
ADG is 77.4% owned by IFM Investors and 22.6% owned by Palisade Investment Partners.
