Team Defence Australia Program
The Team Defence Australia Program (TDA) is the premier national platform for export-capable Australian defence and dual-use companies to showcase their goods, services, technologies and solutions at international trade events.
Exhibiting with TDA is free, with successful companies responsible for their individual expenses. TDA provides free space on a custom-built "Australia" pavilion, pre-event support and advice including Austrade's network of business development managers, invaluable senior military support and advocacy, market insight briefings, networking opportunities, business-to-business matching and on-site support at a trade event.

Australian Defence Export Catalogue
The Australian Defence Export Catalogue provides information on Australian Defence Force equipment and defence industry products and services for sale to foreign government customers. Participation is subject to an application process but inclusion is free. More information is available here.
Trade missions and other events
TDA conducts international trade missions and other export-related activities in Australia and internationally. These targeted activities are organised to around specific events, and will be advertised here when expression of interest applications are open.

Indo Defence Expo and Forum is a biennial tri-service event, showcasing the latest military, aviation, nautical defence and security technologies across defence, aerospace, maritime and security sectors. This exhibition attracts government officials, armed forces, police organisations, defence contractors and companies from across the world, providing opportunity to gain access to top military defence officials and decision makers. It is held concurrently with Indo Aerospace Expo and Forum and Indo Marine Expo and Forum.
As part of the TDA delegation, companies will receive free space on the custom-built Australia pavilion, providing a platform to showcase and demonstrate your capability face-to-face with the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, foreign delegations and industry partners. Additionally, delegates will receive services to maximise participation at the show including; pre-event support, market advice and business-to-business matching through Austrade's network of business advisers.
TDA will host a pre-event brief and networking function in Jakarta on 21 January 2025 (TBC).
TDA will not attend the Indo Defence Expo and Forum public day on 25 January 2025.

The International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) is one of the largest defence exhibitions in the Middle North East and North Africa, demonstrating cutting-edge defence technologies across land and air domains. IDEX is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, with the full support of the UAE Armed Forces.
Happening alongside IDEX, Naval Defence and Maritime Security and Exhibition (NAVDEX) offers a platform to showcase technology and services across naval, maritime and coastal domains.
As part of the TDA delegation, companies will receive free space on the custom-built Australia pavilion, providing a platform to showcase and demonstrate your capability face-to-face with the UAE Ministry of Defence, foreign delegations and industry partners. Additionally, delegates will receive services to maximise participation at the show including; pre-event support, market advice and business-to-business matching through Austrade's network of business advisers.
Important note for companies wishing to promote maritime products and services at IDEX:
- TDA will only accept companies wishing to promote maritime products and services in the delegation as Rovers (companies who will not have a pod/desk on the Australia pavilion).
- IDEX will be co-located with NAVDEX.
- Event organisers have prohibited the display and promotion of maritime products and services in the IDEX halls, where the Australia pavilion will be located.
- TDA is not supporting a separate delegation or Australia pavilion for NAVDEX but encourage maritime companies to submit an EOI to be a Rover at IDEX.

Undersea Defence Technology (UDT) is the largest exhibition and conference dedicated to undersea defence technology, bringing together a wide range of participants from the international naval communities - including NATO representatives, senior military officials, European and global Ministries of Defence, technology suppliers, academia and industry professionals. The theme for UDT 2025 is 'Innovate, Collaborate, Deliver', embracing the need for joint effort in translating exciting possibilities into solutions.

Sea-Air-Space is the largest maritime exposition in the United States, bringing together defence industry leaders and top military decision-makers from around the world to share the latest advancement in the maritime domain. This annual event is owned and produced by the Navy Leagues of the United States and will be held on 6 to 9 April at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Maryland.

Delivered in partnership with United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), the event gathers Special Operations Forces, industry leaders and strategic partners to foster collaboration, innovation and excellence.

Defence and Security Industry Event (DSEI) Japan is the only large-scale fully integrated tri-service defence event to take place in Japan, providing companies a gateway to Japanese and wider indo-pacific market. The biannual event will occur on 21 to 23 May at Makuhari Messe, Chiba.
DSEI Japan provides the opportunity to engage with the Japanese Ministry of Defence; Acquisition, Technology & Logistic Agency; Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. It also connects global defence and security sector together with entire Japanese and wider Asian defence community.

International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) is Poland's only military and defence trade show, focused on land and air domains. This annual event presents a comprehensive presentation of military equipment, but it also abounds with business meetings and contracts concluded between manufacturers from different continents and defence sector bodies. The 32nd MSPO will be held from 3 to 6 September 2025 at Targi Kielce.
MSPO 2024 brought 769 companies from 35 countries, including the president, defence ministers, decision-makers, end users and defence industry professionals. The trade fair hosted 65 delegations from 47 countries. This offers Australian export-capable businesses the opportunity to showcase their innovative products and services, make international contacts and potentially identify new supply chain relationships.

The Association of the United States Army Annual Meeting and Exposition (AUSA) is one of the largest land power exposition and professional development forums in North America, attracting 33,000+ attendees, and 700+ exhibitors annually. Taking place on 13 to 15 October 2025, AUSA brings together the global defence and security sector to highlight the capabilities of Army organisations while showcasing the latest equipment, industry products, systems and services.
AUSA provides a valuable forum to promote Australian capabilities and innovation amongst US defence industry executives and relevant defence leadership. Dubai Airshow is a biannual event held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, the Rule of Dubai and the UAE Minister of Defence. The 19th edition is said to be the biggest aerospace event to take place in 2025, showcasing most advanced commercial, private and military aircrafts, innovative products and technologies. The 5-day event will take place between the 17 to 21 November at DWC, Dubai Airshow Site, playing an instrumental role in bringing the industry together to access invaluable networking opportunities and market insights.
