The development will be a landmark complex reflecting the lush rainforests surrounding Cairns. Development will begin mid 2017 with completion expected mid-2019.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST OPPORTUNITIES
Information regarding upcoming supply opportunities will be communicated on the ICN Gateway project page as it becomes available. Local suppliers interested in supplying to the project are encouraged to submit an expression of interest (EOI) through the ICN Gateway.
Expressions of Interest communicated via the ICN Gateway are not Request for Quotation / Tender and in turn are not a commitment or representation that Prime Constructions will issue a Request for Quotation / Tender to procure the goods, services or equipment listed.
Prime Constructions may contact one (1) or more of the organisations that submit an expression of interest to discuss the requirements of the good(s) or service(s) to be provided. Response to the EOI does not guarantee that Prime Constructions will contact your organisation.
Prime Constructions shall only invite suppliers who, through their response to the EOI, can clearly demonstrate capability and capacity against the documented scope. It is essential that your company profile on the ICN Gateway is complete, up-to-date and accurate - as any incomplete profiles will not be considered.
LOCAL INDUSTRY
Prime Constructions is committed to creating sustainable employment and economic development opportunities for local industry by including their participation in procurement activities.
Prime Constructions aims to provide full, fair and reasonable opportunity for capable and competitive suppliers (products, services and equipment) to compete for work or participate in global supply chains.
FURTHER ASSISTANCE
Prime Constructions strongly encourage local industry to contact the ICN Queensland in the first instance to improve their understanding of the EOI process and capability development programs to improve their chances of gaining access to major project work.
