The Stage 3 North upgrade covers about 4km between Glenmore Parkway, Glenmore Park and Jamison Road, South Penrith. Key features of the project include:

• Widening The Northern Road to provide four lanes in each direction (three general traffic lanes and a kerbside bus lane)
• Building a new bridge over the M4 motorway with the existing bridge to be removed
• Installing new traffic lights and turning lanes at intersections
• Providing continuous bus lanes in each direction
• Installing a central median
• Providing a new shared pedestrian and cyclist path and footpaths
• Installing new street lighting, drainage, safety barriers and landscaping
• Installing new retaining walls
• Installing two new noise barriers

Roads and Maritime has awarded Lendlease the design and construct contract for The Northern Road Stage 3 North and are looking to deliver the project over the next three years, with expected completion in late 2019.

We are now asking for expressions of interest for a number of work packages and services. Lendlease's vision is to create the best places in safe, sustainable and customer focused working environments, so we are looking for equally like-minded subcontractors and suppliers to get involved.

A number of packages will only be available to contractors and/or suppliers who have been pre-qualified by Roads and Maritime Services, these packages have been placed in a separate section below. For all work packages, registrants are required to submit all the following forms as part of the EOI:

• Lendlease Engineering Prequalification Questionnaires AND
• Company Profile for The Northern Road Stage 3 North Australian Industry Participation Plan

Please note that you will only need to complete these forms once, regardless of how many work packages you register for within this project. 

Registrations that cannot be evaluated due to an incomplete EOI (such as requested forms not completed and / or uploaded) or electronically corrupt will not be considered.
