Provision of laboratory services for the Geology and Metallurgy departments for OZ Minerals Carrapateena operations.

A Near Site Facility (Port Augusta or Whyalla) is to be utilised to provide the following professional analysis services:

- Sample preparation utilising pulverisers, screens, drying ovens, crusher, secondary crush prior to milling, pre and post weighing of samples, dry weighing of samples etc.
- Mill clean out materials (barren wash).
- X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry analysis of 15 elements (listed in attached doc).
- Fire assay, Multi Acid Digest, ICP-OES finish, Specific ion electrode (From Lithium Borate Fusion) as per the attachment.

OZ Minerals is engaging with the market to seek potential vendors to supply services to inspect specified vehicles, mobile plant and equipment prior to entry to Carrapateena. Details of the supply item requirements are outlined in Returnable Schedule 1 - Pricing.

For the purpose of this scope, the following plant and equipment is included:
- Light Vehicles
- Heavy Vehicles (excludes short term freight vehicles)
- Mobile Plant
- Drill Rigs
- Elevated Work Platforms

Cranes and hoists are excluded from the scope.

OZ Minerals requires an experienced and professional contractor to deliver the supply of all necessary labour, plant, and equipment for the following scope of work:

- Complete the installation of the pig launcher;
- Assist with pipeline pigging (launching and receiving) under the supervision of a specialist contractor.

The number of pig launchers and launching stations is unknown at present resulting in necessity to move the launcher from one station to another.

The works are likely to take place in November/December 2021.

- Client health information gathering and physical assessment of the clients condition (all data will be stored on an internal database, no external storage of information)
- Treatment and evaluation
- Information regarding client self-management
- Confidentiality of client information
- Referral of a client to an appropriate health professional when necessary

OZ Minerals is seeking Expressions of Interest for supply and shipment of diesel fuel from supplier's depot in South Australia to OZ Minerals diesel fuel facilities at Carrapateena and Prominent Hill.

Supplier will be required to ensure that supply of diesel fuel is managed to ensure that the Minimum Stock Level at each facility is maintained at all times.
