OZ Minerals Carrapateena is in the process of evaluating its document control requirements for its mining operations and capital projects at its Carrapateena mine.

OZ Minerals Carrapateena requires an asset specific and stand-alone system/platform for the document control function. It is anticipated that this system/platform will be implemented and operational at Carrapateena by Q4 2020/Q1 2021.

Expression of Interest

This scope of Services sets out the duties of the contractor for:

. Transport of product from the loading point by road along the Site Access Road and then public highways A87 and A1 to the delivery point in Adelaide;
. Loading and sampling of concentrate into the OZ Minerals provided shipping containers;
. Other Site and logistics services as set out in this schedule.

The main elements of the scope are:

. Pick up and load product at the loading point from the bulk stockpile into OZ Minerals supplied containers. Each container will require sampling, weighing on the loading operation. The equipment to load the containers is to be supplied by the contractor;
. Deliver the containers by road to the delivery point;
. Unload containers at the delivery point;
. Collection of empty, back-loaded containers at the delivery point and return them to the loading point by road to be reloaded with product;
. Management of container logistics with Carrapateena Operations;
. Stockpile movements of product from the filter discharge bunker to the concentrate storage pad if required, as directed by OZ Minerals.

The road haulage is a 365 day per year operation. The shipping containers are shared between OZ Minerals Carrapateena and OZ Minerals Prominent Hill, of which there are currently 1,400 units. The maximum load weight of the container for road freight on a public road is 25WMT, which must be strictly adhered to by the contractor. The process is required to deliver a consistent supply of product to the delivery point consistent with the Carrapateena Mine production plan. There is limited storage for product at the mine site for both bulk concentrate powder and storage of containers. To assist the contractor, the processing department will provide production planning guidance on a consistent basis as well as clear specifications of the storage and facilities provided for at the mine site.

This scope is for the supply and maintenance of surface mobile equipment serving the operations department of the Carrapateena project. This equipment is to be used in the minerals processing plant to ensure safe and efficient continued operation, however may be used in areas outside of this on occasion based on operational needs.

The equipment specified below is outlined for a sizing guidance only, and other equipment manufacturers may be substituted as a part of the proposal. However, the functionality of the machinery must meet the desired specification, unless otherwise agreed.
. Komatsu WA250 Front End Loader (FEL) or equivalent.
. Komatsu SK820-5 Skidsteer loader or equivalent.
. Excavator (40t) CAT336L or equivalent.

The scope of supply is dry hire as the equipment will be operated by OZ Minerals staff at the minerals processing facility (MPP). Minor maintenance (lube / grease addition, checks) can be completed by OZ Minerals staff. All major repairs and maintenance should be complete as a part of the scope of supply.

The scope includes maintenance required to ensure ongoing reliability of the equipment and any fair 'wear and tear' incurred in the course of equipment use. Major damage repairs should be charged to OZ Minerals at a market competitive rate.

If a small maintenance facility is required on site, this may be proposed by the vendor as a component of the scope of supply. The approval of a facility is at the discretion of OZ Minerals and the cost should be borne by the vendor, rolled into the scope of the supply.

OZ Minerals will be issuing a Request for Tender (RFT) to selected tenderers for the design, supply and construction of a new steel framed metal clad Core Shed at the Carrapateena mine site in South Australia.

The Core Shed's approximate dimensions are 40m x 12m, eaves height 3m.

The Core Shed will include:

3) Openings as shown on the drawing, including

Commencing in July 2019, ore will be mined from the underground sub level cave and trucked to surface where it will be stockpiled prior to concentrator commissioning. Trucking to surface will continue until April 2020 when the underground materials handling system and crusher will be commissioned. Concentrator commissioning will commence in Q4 CY2019 and operate in a campaign mode until ore supplies are sufficient to justify continued operation.

This scope of work covers the surface crushing and material movement activities to support the period between first ore mined and commissioning of the underground materials handling system.

OZ Minerals (OZM) is currently operating a number of different data systems independently of one another which often have difficulty/do not synchronise. The collation of data and metrics is vital to operational success and OZM is looking for support in setting up a system which can:
- efficiently collate data; and
- provide a platform to use data for analysis and reporting.

OZM requires a self-service dashboard and reporting tool that will be:
- flexible in order to manage change and suit requirements of OZM

OZ Minerals is continuing to expand its mining operations at the Carrapateena Mine. To facilitate this expansion, OZ Minerals requires an experienced and professional contractor to relocate its laundry (3nr) and gym facilities from its Exploration Camp to the primary Tjungu Camp, approximately 8km via trafficable access road (Refer to attached plans for further detail). The relocation is anticipated to commence in October 2020 with Completion before the end of 2020.

It is expected that the preferred Contractor will be responsible for the dismantle, transport and installation of the relocated facilities, including associated civil and services works.

The Contractor will also be responsible for all design, construction, testing, and commissioning.

OZ Minerals will provide the necessary as-built information as well as the anticipated service loadings to assist the Contractor with its design and connection to existing service infrastructure.

OZ Minerals is scheduled to undertake a Greenfields construction of a 55km Western Access Road to support the Carrapateena Operation.

The scope of work includes:
- Bulk earthworks;
- Granular pavement construction;
- Detailed drainage and earthworks, including scour protection;
- Insitu concrete construction of floodway drainage structures;
- Mechanical protection of existing in-ground third party assets;
- Establishment of a DPTI standard intersection at the Stuart Highway; and
- Supply and establishment of infrastructure to support construction activities.

With detailed design well-advanced, it is anticipated that initial market enquiries will be called October 2019, with construction scheduled to commence in January 2020.
