ESI is a unique Indigenous business in regional NSW that provides workforce training and development. At ESI social inclusion, capability development, and cultural awareness underpin all business.

Our training includes culture and team resets, strategy and planning through to leadership and management. We focus on working with diverse industries from workforce design and engagement through to leadership. We have extensive knowledge of the National scope of training initiatives and work with specific RTO's to provide accredited training where necessary. We know the traineeship and apprenticeship models and work within the services to enhance Indigenous participation and sustainability of employment.

We truly partner with organisations to make a difference, for example we have sustained a contract with the Australian Defence force at Kapooka NSW, where we run the Army Indigenous development program with extraordinary success and contract extension.
