Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) works with employers from all industries along the East Coast from the Hunter region to Bundaberg to meet their recruitment and training needs. This includes government funded services at no cost to the employer. We are community based and not-for-profit, delivering Australian government employment services including Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Disability Employment Services, Parent Pathways, Self-Employment Assistance, Career Transition Assistance and Skills for Education and Employment. ETC is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) approved to deliver NSW and Qld government funded training. ETC also offers specialist services to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people achieve their employment and training goals, and employers to successfully recruit, retain and develop Indigenous staff. During 2023/24, ETC assisted over 7,600 people to secure jobs.
