At Nero we take tapware personally. Our mission is simple: To provide Australian households and families with stunning, excellent quality yet well priced tapware for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries creating remarkable experiences through new and better ways. We own and operate our manufacturing facility in China including the machining workshop and CNC centre, Automatic polishing centre, PVD plating workshop and warehouse. Why Nero, we have various product choices from entry level to high end products. We have a full stock DC located in Victoria holding a minimum of 6 months stock cover on all 1300 products we manufacture. Service is our number one priority. All of our products are AS3718 certified and conform to the WELS plan set out by the Australian Government. Our products are made to last, using only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. They are Constructed using DZR Brass, come with a 10 Year Replacement Warranty on all our finishes.
