Zancott Recruitment is a 100% Aboriginal owned and operated Indigenous recruitment and labour hire company, headquartered in Adelaide, SA. We specialise in supplying skilled labour to Australia's largest companies. We source, recruit, train, and place skilled workers on major projects.
Established in 2006 we have successfully delivered permanent, temporary and contract recruitment services. We specialise in the supply of qualified staff to Tier One companies, as well as to Government entities.
Zancott Recruitment has expanded from a single office in 2006 to eight branches nationally. In 2017, we expanded to Melbourne and Brisbane, and now offer a flexible and responsive recruitment service to our national and local customers located on the Eastern seaboard.
We have specialised in assisting Mining and Resources companies, Defence Primes, and Tier One construction companies to meet their corporate social responsibility and diversity targets for major projects across Australia.
