Overview

Yass Earth Movers (YEM) deliver a diverse range of earth moving projects, varying in size, value, and contractual arrangement. They focus on tasks ideally suited to their dozers, excavators, graders, backhoes, and their fleet of heavy vehicles.
The story of YEM begins in 1964 when the late Jim Field purchased his first truck and dozer. Jim provided his services to the local rural community constructing dams, erosion/sediment control, land rehabilitation and road construction.
In 2024 YEM commemorates their 60th year in civil construction. From humble beginnings, to becoming a trusted name in the industry, their commitment to providing outstanding service has been the cornerstone of their operations.
Two key factors sets YEM apart from other businesses. 1 - their industry knowledge and experience - you can't buy 60 years of experience, you have to live it. 2 - their proud family owned company heritage. The legacy inspires and drives them. This underpins what they do and how they do it.
