Bilco are Western Australian commercial specialists for large construction projects. We build throughout Western Australia, including remote and hard to reach locations.

Our team brings larger-scale efficiency and systemisation to bespoke conventional and modular building projects. In turn, innovation, and insights we gain from working on custom projects help us to bring cutting edge solutions to larger-scale construction and builds.

For over 30 years the Bilco management team have developed an advanced program of building project solutions, based on rigorous client focus, open communication, trust, and attention to detail.

Bilco had the privilege of building on Rottnest Island, a sacred site in 2019. The eco village at Pinky's Beach was the first building to be constructed on Rottnest Island in 30 years. It's an ecologically fragile site, and all materials had to be transported to site via ocean going barges.
