Our purpose is to create an environment where refugees excel at their skill sets and the Australian workforce becomes more diverse and inclusive.

We are an Australian privately owned Social Enterprise providing semi-skilled, skilled, technical, trades and professional personnel, and are determined to mitigate risk to our clients and provide flexibility that enables them to successfully win and deliver major projects in ever increasingly complex operating environments.

We deliver workforce solutions to the Civil Construction and Building Construction sectors while maintaining 100% of our workforce to be from a refugee background.
