Company Overview

Northern Energy Group (NEG) is a locally owned residential and commercial electrical company servicing Townsville and surrounding areas. We offer specialist electrical and communication contracting services throughout North Queensland to both the commercial and industrial market sectors.

From electrical project design to project completion, NEG has the knowledge and experience to deliver commercial and industrial electrical projects of any scale and complexity. With a strong network of subcontractors and suppliers, we have the backing to complete the most complex electrical installations.

We are service delivery partner for Downer Defence and have Depart of Defence clearances with some staff holding Negative Vetting 1 Cleared status. This helps complete complex projects for DOD.

NEG is also completing a commercial project for our local builders, working at James Cook University completing complex civil electrical and communications installations and street lighting upgrades.
