Overview

Presented by ICN Tasmania in partnership with BidWrite and CreditSource, supported by Business Tasmania. These workshops outlining 'How to Craft Irresistible Tenders and Prove Financial Strength' will be delivered for Tasmanian SMEs in Hobart on Tuesday, 22 October, in Launceston on Wednesday, 23 October, and in Devonport on Thursday, 24 October.

If you're new to tendering or familiar with bidding but want greater success, these free half-day workshops are for you.

Gain insights into how to win more work through the tendering process, how your finances play a vital role in tender assessments and what you can do to prepare yourself to successfully navigate the financial due diligence process.

David Lunn from BidWrite will cover:
- BidWrite's 4 key factors / tendering work-winning basics
- Practical use of writing and submission support tools and technology
- Specific persuasive writing tips and tricks.

Shavantha Mallawa from CreditSource will explain:
- Why project proponents must conduct financial due diligence on suppliers
- The methodology followed, key financial criteria assessed and their importance
- Specific steps to take now to improve the likelihood of passing a financial due diligence in the future.

Both presentations will be complemented by a short Industry Capability Network (Tas) overview on how to get the most out of your business profile through Gateway by ICN, and an update from Business Tasmania on resources and assistance available from the Department of State Growth.
