SAAB Australia are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential contractors to engage in an imminent tender which involves the supply, preparation and delivery of all foods and labour necessary for the operation of our cafeteria based at Mawson Lakes, South Australia. The scope will also encompass the management of various kitchenettes and vending machines, as well as adhoc catering requirements (eg functions, meetings, etc).

SAAB is on the verge of finalising a multi-million dollar expansion of our Head Office at Mawson Lakes, inclusive of a state of the art cafeteria.

All prospective contractors who are interested are kindly asked to submit a company capability statement and quad chart in response to this EOI.

Each shortlisted contractor will be issued a formal Request for Tender (RFT), with the successful contractor to be operational by September 2024. A detailed Statement of Work and all other requirements will be issued as part of the tender package.
