About the Project Owner

BGIS is a global leader in the provision of facility management, project delivery, energy and sustainability, asset management, workplace advisory, and real estate services. With more than 7000 employees worldwide - including Canada, Singapore, the United States, Australia and New Zealand - BGIS manages over 30,000 client locations totaling more than 31 million square meters for clients across a diverse portfolio of industries, including defence, government, healthcare and higher education. BGIS delivers services to clients with more than 2000 suppliers across Australia.

The Project

BGIS works with a diverse range of supply partners, from Indigenous enterprises and disability service providers, small and local suppliers, to organisations whose goals are to remove social disadvantage. These suppliers are integral to BGIS' service offering and are daily reminders of their passion to improve the social and economic circumstances of those who live and work in the communities in which they operate.

The services BGIS provides to its clients include the procurement and management of preventative maintenance and reactive works programs. BGIS invites suitably qualified suppliers from the Industry Capability Network (ICN) to respond with expressions of interest across of broad range of facilities maintenance services, such as cleaning, landscaping, security, HVAC, fire systems, electrical and hydraulics - to name just a few.

The goal at BGIS is to encourage and promote positive environmental, social and economic outcomes across our supply chain. Their ongoing publication and engagement with the ICN directly aligns with our commitment to Sustainable Procurement.
