treat potential asbestos content. Total shed area is approximately 7100

- The subcontractor's general scope of works is to install the civil works for various site installations and facilities to be used for the construction of the ECVT (Emergency Cable and Ventilation Tunnel). Main Yard, Talbingo and Tantangara civil works. company with proven, project experience for Horizantal Directional
Drilling at Marica Road West

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) would like to engage a
company with proven, project experience for Hydromulching services at
Lobs Hole, Marica and Tantangara Sites

The SOW for the hydro mulching contractor (Subcontractor) will be to provide personnel, equipment, and materials for hydro mulching and hydroseeding of slopes, batters, drains and any other areas as identified by FGJV. The SOW may include subsequent maintenance and watering of treated areas until such time that adequate cover and stability have been achieved to the satisfaction of FGJV.

The Subcontractor is required to submit a fee proposal for the execution of the following works:
supply and installation of both precast and cast insitu foundations for modular buildings, stair foundations, laundry slab and other miscellaneous foundations, slabs, driveways.

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) would like to engage a
company with proven project experience for the manufacturing and
supply of Steel Couplers with disc springs (precision engineering) used
in the alternative design solution, under study, for the Inclined Pressure
Shaft (IPS). The IPS is a mechanically excavated hydraulic tunnel (using
a TBM) with an internal diameter of 9,84m and a length of about 1.52
kilometers. The application of FACS (Force-Activated Coupling System)
segments is extended for about 200m beyond the IPS on either side, for
a total length of application of about 1.952km, which corresponds to
about 976 rings (each 2m long).

This indicative Scope of Work covers the provision labour, plant and equipment to undertake the installation of modular accommodation units and associated facilities for the Marica Camp on the Snowy 2.0 Project

Scope of Work includes:
Excavation, Erosion & Sedimentation Controls, construction of drainage channels, slope treatment and stabilization;
- All excavation to cover the Pad (including necessary drill and blast activities);

The vendor is required to state its interest for the for the scope of
Establishing a Framework Agreement for Supplying of Portable Water
project wide for a period of minimum of 12 months. Required locations
are Lobs Hole, Tantangara, Maria, Polo Flat, Rock Forrest and
Gooandra Trail.

Pre Employment Medical Services

The Subcontractor is required to submit a fee proposal for Project wide Spoil Management.

The project involves significant open and underground excavation which is expected to generate
about 8 million cubic metres of waste rock. Some of the spoil material will be re-used in the
construction of the permanent works, such as for road construction, back-filling of structures and
for tunnel portal accesses. However, most of the spoil material is to be placed in permanent spoil
emplacement areas within the project, at the locations listed

Provision of Training Services

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) would like to engage a
company with proven experience in vertical shaft excavation by raise
borer machine.

The vendor is required to state its interest for the for the following scope
of reinforced concrete works,
1. The installation and dismantling of formwork/falsework,
reinforcement steel installation and concrete pours of final lining for
the following structures within Snowy 2.0 project at Tantangara Site
as shown on Figures 1 and 2:
a. Transition Structure C1 (50m length)
b. Connection Tunnel
c. Transition Structure C2 (20m length)
d. Transition Structure C3 (12.9m length)
e. HRT01-01 Tunnel
f. Gate Shaft Lining

The Subcontractor is required to submit a fee proposal for the design and approval of the road work for the critical points identified below. The following locations require road work upgrades. (See Appendix B for map locations):
1) Link Road & Lobs Hole Ravine Road South Intersection, Kosciuszko National Park.
2) Lobs Hole Ravine Road North & Snowy Mountain Highway Intersection, Kosciuszko National Park
3) Lobs Hole Ravine Road North, Kosciuszko National Park.

material with erection and dismantling services.

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) would like to engage a transport contractor on a personnel labour hire / dry hire agreement to manage the delivery of the Oversize Overmass (OSOM) precast concrete tunnel segments from the point of manufacture at the Polo Flat segment factory in Cooma NSW to the installation site locations at Lobs Hole, Tantangara, Marica & Talbingo in the KNP.

Execution of an elliptical intake gate of a 50 meters height and
diameters of 20 and 14.6 meters at Tantangara sites.

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) would like to engage a
company with proven, project experience for the Spoil Management at
Lobshole and Tantangara Sites for an approximate quantity of 5 million
cubic meters

Steel component manufacturing and assembly in accordance with the Engineering Design workshop excluding welding, heat treatment, and corrosion protection. Steel Fabrication works would be performed ONLY at Vendor's production facilities

Steel fabrication works excluding special processes ( Fabrication and assembly on Site )

- Supply of approximately 30,000 meters of steel pipes and
accessories for Dewatering and slurry system in the tunnel as per
TBM program and ground conditions.
- Delivery of the pipes and accessories (According to the delivery
schedule which will be shared later in the tender process

The vendor is required to state its interest for the for the scope of
Supply and delivery of steel reinforcement for Precast Lining Segments'
(pre-assembled cages) approx. 12,000 Tons - 12 months.

- Detailed design of all Steel Structure works in accordance with the
Project design basis standards and Australian Standards.
- Shop & Fabrication Drawings
- Fabrication, Supply(Delivery) and Erection of the Steel Structure as per
the Fabrication Drawings
- Complete system with all structural steel frame, anchorage,
connections, anchorage and assembly / tensioning tools.
- testing and commissioning of the shed package in accordance with
NSW safe work regulation

The vendor is required to state its interest for the for the scope of supply
and delivery of approx. 4,675-ton reinforcement steel bar cut and bend
for Tantangara permanent work.

Supply and delivery of Reinforcing steel bar and wire mesh for Snowy
2.0 project wide.

Supply and Transport of rock bolts to Snowy 2.0 Project Construction Sites.

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) would like to engage a
company with proven experience in Supply of bulk diesel supply to
project sites Cooma, Tantangara, Marica and Lobs Hole for duration of
36 months

The vendor is required to state its interest for the for the scope of supply
of HV and LV cables project wide - framework agreement (24 Months).
- This Scope of Work (SoW) covers the supply of HV and LV cables as
per the attached Appendix BOQ.

Vendor's Scope of Work includes:

- Draft and submission of Shop Drawings and Calculation Reports
- Set-up of a Production Facility fit for purpose and meet AS/ISO 9001:2016 or AS/ISO 3834 standards at the designated Project Area. Following is the key information of project steel lines with approximate details:
* Inner Diameter ranging from 2.2Meters to 6.6Meters
* Thickness ranging from 20mm to 72mm and
* Length of 1km for upstream tunnel steel liners and 0.8km long for downstream tunnel steel liners
* 11000 Tonnage for steel lining work

The vendor shall state in his express of interest compliance with the
following requirements;
- Supply of (PPE) Personal Protective equipment in accordance with
the Australia Standard and construction site rules.
- All the clothing is required to be reflective taped and embodied.
- Project requirements and accreditation to international standards
such as ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45001.
- The Vendor shall comply at any time with all requirements relates to
project in respect of Traffic Management System for transport of
goods to FGJV project site as per the regulation in force in Australia
during the lifetime of the Contract.
- Ensure adequate capacity for uninterrupted supply as per the
agreed supply schedule.
- Transport of goods to site shall comply with to Chain of
Responsibility requirements as per the Australian Legislation.

Design, certification, fabrication, installation of Gantry cranes and
Over Head cranes in accordance with the Engineering Design,
supply finish product as per the drawings.

Supply of tires including transport to site.

Supply of various lifting materials project wide for a period of 12 months.

The vendor is required to state its interest for the for the scope of supply
of water treatment chemicals and consumables - 3 years framework
agreement.
- This Scope of Work (SoW) covers the supply of water treatment
chemicals and consumables as per below list;

- Silica fume for concrete and shotcrete. The material should comply
with AS/NZ 3528.3 standard approx. qty 4000 ton subject to mix
design approval, type of material dry powder or wet

Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) would like to engage a
company with proven experience in surveying activity for underground
and surface works.

The vendor is required to state its interest for the for the following scope
of underground excavation,
Drill and blast; ground support installation, including shotcrete applications; load and haul;
management of underground services, and instruments; construction verification and survey control
for the construction of Talbingo's Tailrace Tunnel, Y-Junction and Transition Tunnel (as per below
Figure), in accordance with the relevant drawings and Employer Requirements provided by the
Contractor.

Excavation (Intake and Gate Shaft) and Service Areas

This indicative Scope of Work covers the provision labour, plant and equipment to undertake the installation of modular accommodation units and associated facilities for the Tantangara Camp on the Snowy 2.0 Project

- Undertake concrete works at various sites within the project under a
framework agreement.
- Provision of formwork.
- Provision of steel fixing Works (Steel to be supplied by FGJV).
- Provision of Pouring concrete (RMC supplied by FGJV) and final
finish in accordance with the Project requirements

off-site Traffic Control Services stating from October '23 to September
'26

Future Generation is seeking to identify suppliers that have the ability and equipment to provide civil works to provide:
. Utilities, Trenching & Civils services at the Polo Flat Segment Factory
. Site preparation
. Underground and Infrastructure services
. Wet and dry labour capability and supplies for civil works

The Scope of Work (SoW) under this supply agreement will cover the provision of waste management services for all Snowy 2.0 project work fronts including, but not limited to:
- Lobs Hole
- Talbingo
- Marica
- Tantangara
- Segment Factory
- Rock Forest; and
- Accommodations at Joule Ridge and Adaminaby.

Future Gen wish to identify providers that have the ability to weld to assemble TBMs.
Subcontractor is to provide welding machines that are 450A and above, DC operated and can operate in both Electrode and MIG configurations.
Subcontractor is to ensure enough welding equipment is provided for the required quantity of welders and as below:
- Spare welding machine will also be required to cover breakdowns.
- Welding consumables, welding wire, welding electrodes and gas.
- The Contractor will also arrange required scaffolding and heating elements to ensure scope completion
