Laing O'Rourke has adopted a company-wide Indigenous Procurement Policy. Effective from the 1st April 2017, all new projects will have a minimum target spend with Indigenous businesses.
As one of the first major construction companies to develop a Reconciliation Action Plan, Laing O'Rourke is committed to assisting Indigenous businesses and individuals develop their capabilities. Laing O'Rourkes development and adoption of a company-wide Indigenous Procurement Policy further demonstrates our commitment to creating opportunities and building sustainable relationships with Indigenous businesses, communities and individuals.
At Laing O'Rourke we want to achieve a better understanding of the Indigenous Supply Chain within different regions and sectors. We are asking Indigenous companies to register their interest for the work packages below. This will give Laing O'Rourke an opportunity to understand the company's capabilities and to include them in future tenders.
The work packages below are those that we frequently tender out for projects within the building and infrastructure sectors. Package sizes will vary depending on project and scope.
