TUNKILLIA GOLD PROJECT

Overview
The Tunkillia Gold Project, a greenfields development initiative, is located approximately 550 km northwest of Adelaide and 65 km southwest of Kingoonya. The project covers a tenement package of roughly 1,360 square kilometres and is planned to process approximately 5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa), producing an average of 130,000 ounces of gold (Au) per year.
Tunkillia represents a large-scale exploration effort, encompassing over 30 km of strike length along the highly prospective Yerda and Yarlbrinda Shear Zones. These significant geological structures span several kilometres in width and share characteristics with major systems like the Kalgoorlie Shear Zone. Historically, the project area has been under-explored, with limited drilling activity outside of the 223 Deposit over the last two decades.
The operational phase of the mine is expected to create approximately 400 jobs. Additionally, Tunkillia offers significant potential for extensive resource expansion and the discovery of new mineralisation zones. Early engagement with suppliers and stakeholders will help foster strong relationships and develop a deep understanding of compatibility for long-term collaboration.
The Tunkillia Project is operated by Barton Gold, which brings extensive expertise in the exploration and development of gold assets across South Australia. Barton's commitment to responsible mining practices aligns with sustainable growth and regional development goals, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership for all project participants.
