HanRoy Iron Ore Pty Ltd (HanRoy) has been engaged as the agent to deliver the execution phase of the Ridley Magnetite Project on behalf of Atlas Iron Pty Ltd.

Overview of the Project

HanRoy will develop the new mine to produce magnetite concentrate.

At the Ridley site, the development will include a processing plant and infrastructure, non-process infrastructure, tailing storage facility, camp and village, extensive power infrastructure, and public road upgrades.

The project will export magnetite through Port Hedland's Utah Point with a new concentrate unloading, storage and reclaim facilities.

These new facilities will tie into the existing shiploading facility.

The magnetite concentrate will be transported from Ridley to Utah Point by road haulage.

The Project is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, approximately 60kms east of Port Hedland within the Makanykarra (formerly Pardoo) Project area.

Process for Procurement / Supply of Goods and Services and Next Steps after EOI Registration

Expression of interest requests shall be issued for tender packages generally in excess of AU$1M before implementation by HanRoy of a competitive tender process that shall consider both domestic and international companies with the capability and capacity to perform the respective works or services for the various elements and disciplines of the Project.

After registration of your company's interest in the project, a detailed review of all registered companies' submissions shall be undertaken to assist, aid and inform the preparation of the Project tender bid list for each tender package. For the avoidance of doubt and at the discretion of HIOP, the registration of your company's interest in the Project does not ensure your inclusion on the Projects tender bid list however registration of your company's interest in the Project is encouraged. Companies who were not considered during the expression of interest phase may be considered at a later date for tender bid list inclusion.
