The scope of works for this contract include the following:

Construction of a 3.0m wide shared path to complete a missing section of the Bay Trail.
Upgrade the Parkdale Yacht Club Carpark and surrounding area.
Construction of an Accessible Pedestrian Ramp to the beach.
Landscaping of the completed works.
Amenity improvements.
Solar lighting installation along the pedestrian ramp and in the car park.
