Gympie and District Landcare Group (GDLG) is a Profit-for-purpose community-based incorporated organisation, and a registered charity.
It has been proudly serving the Gympie region landowners and communities for over 30 years.
Their mission is to restore regional biodiversity, rehabilitate degraded landscapes, and promote ecological resilience through best-practice land restoration practices and sound environmental stewardship.
Services include:
- A native plant nursery for retail and wholesale, including:
* propagation capacity of 160,000+ tubestock
* the ability to grow a variety of sizes from 40mm tubestock to maxipots
* specialised focus on rare and endangered species
- An Environment & Conservation service providing:
* Environmental Regeneration
