Demountable Sales & Hire is a locally owned & operated company since 1999 specialising in custom modular design & fabrication of transportable buildings. The Company has two segregated sections of business, sales & hire, which both cater for the Commercial, Industrial & Domestic markets. DSH manufactures their modular buildings in house and their major factory is located at 52 Dawson Street EAST ARM and consists of a 12000m2 fully concreted yard, with 1500m2 under cover giving us the ability to build fast and continue quickly throughout the wet season. DSH has extensive experience within the industry and as well as being innovators in the modular transportable market, their products are being used throughout the Territory as well as QLD & WA. Demountable Sales & Hire has the capability to build efficiently & affectively for major projects as can be seen in recent years.
