KF Building & Painting Contractors Pty Ltd is a locally owned family business that was established just over 10 years ago by Director, Kerry Frazis. Kerry Frazis is a qualified Painter and Decorator with serval years general repairs and maintenance experience. Early on in his career and as the business grew Kerry went on to study for his Certificate IV in Building and Construction. Over the years the business has expanded its service offering to include painting, repairs and maintenance and residential and commercial refurbishments and upgrades to the private, council, government, DHA, Defence. We have been providing services to the NT Government for several Tier 1 ,Tier 2 and Tier 3 period and panel contracts and stimulus packages. All of our projects and contracts to date have had no Worksafe NT issues. . Projects have been completed on time and to budget . We have had the same team, for the most part across all contracts to date.
