Company Profile

MacTaggart Scott is a privately-owned engineering company formed in 2011. Its prime role is to support Australian operators of MacTaggart Scott equipment. We have supported the Royal Australian Navy since its formation in 1913 and this tradition continues today with key systems of the navy's Collins Class submarine and Canberra Class LHD being supplied by the Company. Initially focussed on support of Collins and Canberra Class vessels, MacTaggart Scott Australia has expanded its capability through development of an Australian supply chain and participation in local research & development projects. Based in Adelaide, MacTaggart Scott Australia houses the engineering support team, a workshop with a clean-room and extensive test facilities. A large warehouse provides storage space for vendor-managed inventory and rotable components. From the Adelaide base, technicians support MacTaggart Scott equipment throughout Australia and the neighbouring region.
