A perfectly positioned greenfield block on the corner of 163 Abbott Street, Cairns, QLD will hold two towers, the first being a 222-room hotel with function rooms, restaurants and bars. The second, a 110-room apartment complex, will be expertly constructed and released for sale.

The development will be a landmark complex reflecting the lush rainforests surrounding Cairns. Development will begin mid 2017 with completion expected mid-2019.

85 Esplanade, Cairns, Queensland is an incredible waterfront esplanade location that will hold a new hotel (constructed on the site of a previously existing hotel and office suit).

This property will reflect an inner-city urban experience, with development planned for a 300-room premier hotel and a street food dining experience that will attract locals and visitors alike.

Construction will begin late 2018 with operations expected to begin in late 2019.

AIR 5431 Phase 2/3 - Air Traffic Management System & Air Traffic Control Complex Infrastructure

The Air Traffic Control (ATC) project is based on the need for Defence and Airservices Australia to achieve greater military/civil co-operation and harmonisation in the operation of Air Traffic Management on a national basis. 

AIR 6500 Joint Battle Management and Integrated Air and Missile Defence System

Australias Defence Department will procure a sophisticated Command, Control,

Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) system to fuse information from multiple sources. This will enable coordination of military forces and a more timely operational response, providing the comprehensive situational awareness required for integrated air and missile defence of the nation.

Ammaroo Phosphate Project

The Ammaroo Phosphate Project is located 200 km southeast of Tennant Creek. The project area contains the billion tonne 40 km long Ammaroo Phosphate JORC Resource.  A BFS is currently underway and an EIS is being compiled for an initial development of a phosphate rock concentrate operation producing up to 2 million tonnes of concentrate product per annum for export to Asian phosphoric acid producers.

Amrun (South of Embley) Project

The Amrun Project is a greenfield bauxite operation in the Weipa / Aurukun region of Western Cape York in Far North Queensland. The new development will eventually replace the existing East Weipa mine centre and develop the high quality bauxite reserves available south of the Weipa Peninsula.

In late 2015, the Rio Tinto Board approved development of the first stage of the project, up to 22.8mtpal. Construction of the Amrun Project will take approximately three years and provide employment for 1,100 (at peak).
