All Suppliers must undergo a pre-qualification process. Depending on the nature and complexity of supply, the pre-qualification process may involve an assessment of a Supplier's financial standing, technical capability, Quality, and Health, Safety & Environmental track record.

From mid-2021 onwards, all pre-qualifications will be conducted online via SAP Ariba. In addition, potential suppliers shall be provided with an invitation to complete a Supplier Pre-Qualification Questionnaire subsequent to initial screenings.

Please be advised that when submitting an EOI, all potential suppliers must provide a completed "Initial Screening Questionnaire" for EACH work package. This will assist Subsea 7 in identifying suitable potential suppliers more efficiently prior to proceeding with pre-qualification.

The Dorado oil field contains 140 mmbbls (2C, 100%) of oil. It is located in the Bedout basin, approximately 150km north of Port Hedland in Petroleum permit WA-437-P. The project will be developed jointly in line with the equity split of Santos Offshore Pty Ltd 80% and Carnarvon Petroleum Pty Ltd 20%.

The offshore resource would be developed with up to 16 platform wells drilled by a jack-up drilling rig. These would be connected back to an adjacent Floating Production, Storage and Offloading facility (FPSO) moored in 95 metres of water above the Dorado field.

The proposed FPSO unit will have processing facilities to stabilise and store the oil and compress and re-inject gas to the reservoir.

The Darwin LNG plant (DLNG) is a single train liquefaction and storage facility located at Wickham Point on Darwin Harbour, Northern Territory, Australia. DLNG is currently receiving gas from the Bayu-Undan field in the Timor Sea and converts it into LNG. DLNG was commissioned in 2006 and has a design life to 2027. Bayu-Undan produced its first gas in 2004 and is now approaching the end of field life.

The DLNG Life Extension Project (the Project) seeks to utilise the shutdown window created by Bayu-Undan end of life to prepare the DLNG facility for backfill from the Barossa field, by undertaking several brownfield work packages.

The Dorado field is located in the Bedout sub-basin, approximately 150km North of Port Hedland in Petroleum permit WA-437-P. The project will be developed by Santos in a joint venture with Carnarvon Petroleum. Development is planned to consist of a disconnect able Floating Production, Storage and Offloading facility (FPSO) with a 16 slot Wellhead Platform (WHP) using a jack-up drilling rig, connected via subsea production and injection flowlines, risers and umbilical.

The Bayu-Undan Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Project targets the capture of up to 10 Mtpa of CO2 at a Darwin hub - initially from the Darwin LNG facility (DLNG), with potential future expansion to proximal 3rd party. Captured CO2 will be transported to, and stored in, the offshore Bayu-Undan reservoir (in Timor Leste waters).
