Greenspace Group, trading as Greenspace Homes is a locally owned and operated building and construction company that has successfully constructed of over 150 first build dwellings, single and multiple dwellings and high-rise apartments.
Greenspace Homes is currently tendering for the construction of the new John Stokes Square Residential Precinct located at 47 Progress Drive in Nightcliff.
This project is to construct 3 new four-story accommodation blocks consisting of 66 x 1-bedroom and 12 x 2-bedroom units with NGO premises.
We are seeking expressions of interest from local subcontractors and suppliers to maximise Local Industry Participation.
