Project Details

Territoria Civil are tendering on the Construct Only Project Litchfield Park Road Upgrade Stage 2 to complete the sealing of Litchfield Park Road and construct a new bridge over the Lower Finniss River. Scope of Work Includes:

  • Construction of approx. 13.62 km of two-way roadway
  • Construction of a 7 span (161m) concrete bridge structure with associated piers, abutments and approaches
  • Related drainage works including but not limited to 2 floodways and 13 stormwater culverts and associated protection

The Works will complete the upgraded formation and sealing of the Litchfield Park Road loop, including the construction of the Lower Finniss River Bridge and associated drainage works. The works are to be constructed under traffic management with limited space available for the construction of detours, limited to the extents of the approved road reserve, taking into consideration sensitivities around the National Park and Local landowners, Restricted Work Areas (RWA’s) and sites of cultural and/or heritage significance.

Businesses interested in providing services to Territoria Civil on this project are requested to submit an expression of interest against the 'Any Opportunities' package below.
