EOI - CON-23/113 - KINGSTON'S NEW AQUATIC AND LEISURE CENTRE PROJECT - MAIN WORKS CONTRACTOR

The purpose of the Project is to expand aquatic and leisure offerings further south of the municipality, serving the community as a District Level Aquatics and Leisure Centre, that fits within the local context and complements Kingston's regional facility being, Waves Leisure Centre, rather than competing with it.

Kingston City Council invites companies to download EOI documentation and submit an Expression of Interest for the abovementioned contract.

Please ensure EOI submissions are submitted before the quote close date and time.

Late EOI submissions will not be accepted.

Prospective Respondents will be able to attend a scheduled EOI Briefing at Jack Grut Reserve Pavilion at 2:30pm Wednesday 27 September 2023 noting that this is not a mandatory briefing session.
