Kingston City Council (KCC) is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced consultant team to lead the preparation of the Mordialloc and Aspendale Level Crossing Removal - Urban Design Framework. The Urban Design Framework will articulate Council's vision and priorities for the Mordialloc and Aspendale Precincts, guiding the successful integration of the Level Crossing Removal Project into its surrounds.

The successful consultant will lead a team to produce expert recommendations in the fields of Urban Design, Recreation and Open Space, Landscape Architecture and Traffic and Transport.
