RFT - N400388 - Rural Roadside Mowing

Wyndham City Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide Rural Roadside Mowing in accordance with the requirements of this Specification.

The objective of the Service is to conduct a mowing service to the identified roadsides.

The Service Provider must provide all management, administration, labour, vehicles, safety equipment, tools, materials, insurances, telephone calls, overheads and profit for carrying out all of the activities detailed in the specification.

This Contract is contemplated to be a schedule of rates contract, and Council does not provide any guarantee in respect of the amount, mixture or types of Works that may be required under the Contract. This contract is subject to rise and fall.

Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for an Initial Contract Term of one (1) year. Council may, at its option, extend the operation of this Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term for an additional two further, one (1) year periods, resulting in a potential maximum contract period of three (3) years. Each Further One (1) year period is at the sole discretion of Council.
