CON - 22/122 - PROVISION OF BBQ & PICNIC AMENITIES CLEANING SERVICES

Council invites companies to download quote documentation and submit a quote for the above mentioned contract.

Kingston City Council (KCC) is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced company for the provision of Cleaning Services relating to BBQ & Picnic Amenities Cleaning across 57 locations.

Services include, but are not limited to the following, and as detailed below:

*Clean 57 BBQ units including, BBQ plates, BBQ unit surround, food preparation surfaces, inside BBQ unit doors and fat trays to remove any food waste, rubbish, debris, stickers, streamers, grease, oil and fat stains.

*Clean selected picnic shelters within the areas outlined in BBQ & Picnic Amenities maps (Appendix C) where BBQs are located to remove any food waste, rubbish, debris, stickers, streamers, grease, oil and fat stains.

*Clean Picnic tables and seating within the areas outlined in BBQ & Picnic Amenities maps (Appendix C) to remove any food waste, rubbish, debris, stickers, streamers, grease, oil and fat stains.

*Undertake as required pressure washing of the concrete aprons to assist in the removal of grease, oil or fat stains around the BBQ unit, picnic shelter.

*Inspect and empty fat collection trays/containers at the required frequency and dispose of contents in accordance with EPA guidelines and regulations.

*Check BBQ unit is operational and report any that are not working through to Council.

*Cleanse BBQ and associated picnic furniture and shelters not less frequently than the cleansing frequency specified for each BBQ & Associated Picnic Amenities as listed in BBQ & Picnic Amenities Cleaning Schedule (Appendix A)
