REQUEST FOR TENDER: N400081 BENSONHURST AND BROOKDALE ROAD RESERVES CIVIL LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION

Wyndham City Council is committed to improving the sports and recreational assets across the municipality. For this tender the successful contractor will be expected to deliver the full civil construction package for one or both of councils open space reserves.

The tender package of works for Bensonhurst Reserve includes but not limited to all earthworks, construction of natural sports fields, tennis and multi courts, sports field lighting, automated irrigation systems, fencing, hard and soft landscaping.

Works for Brookdale Road Reserve include but not limited to civil works, construction of one natural baseball field, fencing, automatic irrigation system, sports lighting, play space, carpark and hard and soft landscaping.

Respondents can elect to tender for one or both sites. Further details are contained within the tender documentation package available for download from the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal. Respondents to note that registration on the portal is required. There is no cost to register.

All technical enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the Supplier Noticeboard message function for RFT N400081.

NOTE: The respondent is to submit any questions or clarification requests prior to 5pm (AEST) on Wednesday 21st July 2021. Enquiries submitted after this time will not be responded.

It is recommended to allow adequate time to complete the tender bid submission upload process, prior to the Tender closing date set down for Wednesday 28th July 2021 at 12 Noon (AEST).

Council recommends a minimum of 2 hours to complete the upload process. 

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal.

Late, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
