REQUEST FOR TENDER - N400168 - 1160 SAYERS ROAD NORTH REGIONAL FOOTBALL FACILITY DESIGN SERVICES

Council is seeking Principal Consultant Design Services for the novated design and construction of the Regional Football Facility (the “Project”) located at 1160 Sayers Road (North), Tarneit. The project highlights include: A 5,000 capacity main pitch and regional pavilion complex; A Secondary full-size rectangular turf pitch; 1 FIFA Pro synthetic pitch; Road access and adjacent carparking; Landscaping; and Servicing and associated utility connections.  The Regional Football Facility will form part of the Wyndham Stadium Precinct, future home of Western United FC.

Documents will be available for download on Wednesday 12th May 2021 from the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal, note that registration on the portal is required. There is no cost to register.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal no later than 12.00 Noon Wednesday 2nd June 2021.
