David x Cleeland Street is a very busy intersection at all hours of the day. In addition to being near a school, David Street also serves as the primary access to the Dandenong Public hospital and many other medical facilities. As such, long periods of road closures are not permitted for this project. Managing the impacts of construction and reducing the duration of any construction periods will be a key challenge for this project..
