CT6182 Provision of Condition Survey for Road and or Pathways

The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Client’) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for Provision of Condition Surveys for Roads and Associated Assets and/or Pathways (‘the Services’). Tenderers may tender for: A. Provision of Roads and Related Asset Condition Survey B. Provision of Pathways Condition Survey or Both. This is a lump sum contract with a schedule of rates, however, applicants are required to develop a cost breakdown that demonstrates the professional fees and any associated costs. Tenderers are advised that the consultancy start date shall be no later than 01 February 2021 and the project completed preferably by 31 March 2021 and by no later than 30 April 2021. Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
