CON-20/024 - PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND REACTIVE SERVICES TO HVAC SYSTEMS (MAJOR BUILDINGS)

Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.

Council is seeking the award of up to 3 contractors to a panel for these services, and has the right to award a single contractor at its discretion.
The Contractor will be responsible for all the planned, preventive and reactive maintenance in accordance with all statutory authorities having jurisdiction over the plant being serviced. This would include air conditioners, heating and ventilation systems, kitchen exhaust, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, motors, their electrical controls, that are located at various sites within the City of Kingston.
