A general outline of the work to be carried out under T19-2186 comprises of the construction of 1 x 2 Bedroom Duplex, 1 x 3 Bedroom Duplex and 6 x 3 Bedroom Houses on Lots 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328 and 329 Gapuwiyak.

The construction and associated works include but are not limited to:

1. Installation of Solahart 302SP complete with HDG stone guard
2. Ceramic tiling throughout
3. Supply and install fencing and gates - As detailed Attachment B Remote Community Housing - Ancillary Specification, 20. FENCES
4. Landscaping
5. Connection of external services including electrical, communications, water and sewerage
6. Connection of internal services including electrical, water and sewage
7. Supply and installation of fixtures, fittings and finishes in accordance with RCH Schedules and Specifications (Attachments A and B) and details within drawings.
8. Survey site and establish existing boundaries.
9. Siting of new dwellings.
10. Earth works including fill for building pad and batters.
11. Site works
12. Stabilised gravel driveways (refer civil drawings)
13. Concrete paths and mowing strips
