CON-20/045 - DEVELOPMENT OF AN ICT STRATEGY

The objective of the strategy is to align the information systems, technology and digital services with Council Plans and emerging technology. This is to ensure that the business systems, IT services and the IT infrastructure are an enabling foundation for achieving business and customer service excellence. Council currently has an ICT Strategy that is expires this year. To address the current and future challenges facing Kingston City Council, Council seeks to develop a new three-year Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Strategy that details the technology and digital strategies that will support Council with achieving business and customer service excellence.
