CON-20/028 - Provision of Cleaning Services for Waves Leisure Centre

Council invites companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.
Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time.
Late tenders will not be accepted.
All tender questions must be raised via the online tender forum in TenderLink.
The contractor will be required to perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual cleaning tasks.
The Contractor(s) will be required to:
· Provide cost effective programmed cleaning services to Kingston City Council facilities as per the specifications.
· Replace consumables (soap, toilet paper, hand towel etc.) as required.
· Provide all labour, plant, equipment, materials and consumables necessary to perform the duties.
· Cover all overheads and profit for the cleaning of the building as specified;
· Conduct all cleaning activities so as to not inconvenience the public or staff.
· Report maintenance, vandalism and graffiti issues to the Contract Supervisor and/or Facility Contact.
· Provide additional ad-hoc specialised cleaning as required. This will be charged separately and will not form part of the main contract.
The facilities being cleaned under the contract may be varied by Council during the term of the contract.
