Expression of Interest: Major Event Design, Development and Delivery

Expression of Interest: Major Event Design, Development and Delivery
Frankston City Council (Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and qualified applicants for the creative design, development and delivery of a new major event. Specifically, Council is seeking an event which will celebrate the city's strength in arts, culture and heritage through accessible, unique and media worthy experiences. The event should also showcase the city's tourism attributes and drive economic impact through visitation and expenditure in the Frankston region.

The event must be delivered between April and September of 2021. Council has allocated $170,000 to support the development and delivery of the event in year one, with ongoing funding opportunities for up to six years.

Applicants are required to submit an Expression of Interest that outlines their relevant experience, qualifications and capacity to deliver a major event for Council. Applications will be assessed by a panel and applicants will be shortlisted. Council will then invite shortlisted applicants to submit a detailed proposal for consideration.

Expressions of Interest will be accepted between 9am, Monday 17 February and 10am, Monday 2 March 2020
