T19-1932 Yirrkala - Subdivision Civil Works and Services Construction

The Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL) has been engaged to design and construct 30 suitable housing lots in the remote community of Yirrkala.

The scope includes all subdivision works shown on the design drawings, including:

• Earthworks construction and allotment grading
• The construction of new roads and drainage infrastructure
• The installation of a new sewerage reticulation system
• The installation of a new potable water reticulation system
• The installation of a new electrical reticulation system
• The installation of a new communications reticulation system
• Grassing of batters and disturbed areas
