T19-2075 - Darwin Region - Pirlangimpi - Remote Community Housing (RCH) - Upgrade of 10 Dwellings

The scope of works comprises of two components; the upgrades and modification of ten (10) Remote Community Housing (RCH) dwellings, including the completion of Room to Breathe works on 3 dwellings, in the community of Pirlangimpi.

All works are to be delivered in compliance with the RCH specifications and schedules issued by the Department of Local Government, Housing and Community Development (DLGHCD).
