Contract 2019/20-51 - Human Resources Management Systems

Frankston City Council is seeking tenders for one or more software systems for HR / Payroll; Recruitment (including on and off boarding); Workforce Management (including rostering, time and attendance, award interpretation, leave management); Performance Management; OH&S; and Organisation Charting, with employee self-service functionality where appropriate.

Tenderers are invited to respond to one or more portions. Council will decide whether individual or multiple providers are engaged.
