• Demolish and construct cool rooms at the Back of House area at Dandenong Market.


• The Market must remain operational during the construction period. The construction of the cool rooms will be done in stages so that the available cool room area is maximised and disruptions to the market stall holders will be minimised. Major works shall be done on non-market days and hoardings used to delineate builder areas kept to a minimum on Market Days.


• Demolition and removal of 3 no. existing cool rooms and the existing first aid room, part of the existing service platform and associated equipment, ancillary areas and associated walls shall be sequentially demolished. This will be replaced with 4 new cool rooms and associated areas.
