CGD - 1920-08 Banking and Customer Payment Services

Council is seeking to appoint a provider of banking and bill payment services for the period beginning 1 January 2020 until 31 December 2023 with an option of one (1) further three year (3) period at Council’s absolute discretion.

It is the preference of Council to award the Contract to a single service provider, who will complete all banking requirements associated with the day to day function of the Council, and all functions associated with the receipting of transactions for rate payments, and other payments made to Council.

Greater Dandenong City Council hereby invites Respondents to fully inform themselves of the requirements of Contract No. 1920-08 and submit a comprehensive response for the consideration of Council.
