CGD - 1920-28 Reactive Tree Maintenance & Other Services

This tender relates to the provision of six types of works:  

Reactionary Tree Work: (Tender Schedule A)

Response pruning and tree removals in relation to customer requests, storm damage and emergency works or proactive tree inspections that requires specific works within set timeframes. Request pruning and other works will be issued as fixed schedule of rates or as day rate quotation.

Annual proactive tree inspections panel of suppliers: (Tender Schedule B)

A panel of suppliers is required for the inspection of trees in Council Kindergartens, Council buildings and various nominated parks to be determined.

Hydro excavation root pruning panel of suppliers: (Tender Schedule C)

A panel of suppliers is required for hydro excavation root pruning, installation of root barriers, hydro excavation soil decompaction and application of actively aerated liquid compost for soil amelioration. 

Mobile timber milling panel of suppliers: (Tender Schedule D)

A panel of suppliers is required for onsite milling of timber logs from the removal of trees.

Log transportation panel of suppliers: (Tender Schedule E)

A panel of suppliers is required for the transportation of timber logs and other tree works.  Ideally an excavator with tree grab. 

Arboriculture and Urban Forestry consulting panel of suppliers: (Tender schedule F) 

A panel of suppliers is required for Arboricultural and Urban Forestry consulting.  This requires high levels of experience and expertise in these fields.
