Project Objectives

The project objectives are to:

• Upgrade the floodlighting to provide training standard for soccer.


• Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian regulations and codes

 2.2       Location

Coomoora Reserve is located at 28-30 Coomoora Road, Keysborough (Melway 88 K7).

 2.3       Existing conditions

Some existing sports poles floodlights, foundation, electrical supplies and other infrastructure made redundant by these works are to be demolished. Refer to the tender specifications for detailed information.

Redundant existing floodlight luminaires and control gear are to be salvaged and returned to the Principal unless otherwise directed by the Superintendent.

It is the contractor’s responsibility to undertake underground service detection and dial before you dig requirements prior to construction.
